Project Coordinator - Tech

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project reports, highlighting key metrics, progress, and potential risks
• Produce regular updates for product managers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status
• Utilize project management tools for accurate and timely reporting
• Act as a central point of contact for project-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Organize and facilitate regular meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones
• Ensure effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing timely responses to queries and concerns
• Track project timelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and facilitate efficient task execution
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
• Organize and update project documentation, ensuring it is current, well-organized, and aligns with product development best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination with a focus on reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Understanding of project management principles and practices in a product development context
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to make effective decisions within a product-focused environment
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Jira, Asana, etc
