PROJECT DATA ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature. Examples of qualifying experience may include (1) an understanding of basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to long range planning of programs and objectives; (2) skill in application of fact-finding and investigative techniques, oral and written communication, and development of presentations and reports; (3) broad practical knowledge of shipbuilding methods, practices, production techniques, management control systems and their application to the construction/testing of US Navy Vessels including, design, material, and scheduling requirements; (4) knowledge of Government, DOD, Navy regulations, and procedures as they pertain to shipbuilding.
