Your Role
The Project Engineer is responsible for project planning, establishing project goals and requirements, while driving project completion.
- Provide controls engineering support.
- Provide support with all required validation documentation.
- Assist in project scheduling, coordinating, and managing project assignments and tasks across engineering teams.
- Assist in the development of scope and parameters for project design and implementation.
- Delegate all tasks to relevant team members.
- Responsible for ensuring quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and reports.
- Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials/equipment for completion.
- Make any required changes and adjustments to project planning to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
- Effectively communicate all project progress, updates, and any potential risks with Project Managers and team members.
- Create and execute testing protocols for monitoring project performance.
- Review engineering tasks and execute any corrective actions.
- Measure and track project metrics and data.
- Ensure projects meets compliance requirements and standards through all stages.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of project engineering experience within pharma, biotech, and/or medical device industries.
- Engineering background in controls/mechanical.
- Experience with AHU investigation.
- Experienced with validation documentation.
- Advanced cGMP knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience with RSLogix 5000/Studio Logix and FactoryTalk View SE
- Experience with temperature mapping and use of biological indicators.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal.
- Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
- Ability and willingness to travel are preferred.

Estimated Annual Salary (dependent on experience): $75,600 - $104,000
