As the Project Engineer for the Visionaire group, you are involved in a wide array of activities and projects. Visionaire expansion will require engineering support when we research and develop patient specific devices and processes all over the world and you are heavily involved in sustaining engineering of our existing and newly developed processes to maintain the highest level of standards in the market. The role will consist of supporting our Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, DevOPs, IT infrastructure and Marketing teams with various activities including process updates, research projects, software development and investigative analysis.
What will you be doing?
- Serve as project engineer/technical lead on Visionaire software and hardware projects
- Program/project manager of Visionaire process design efforts system configurations, cost reduction initiatives, quality initiatives, mfg support, regulatory compliance initiatives, and software development initiatives
- Develop in-depth technical expertise and clinical understanding of the Visionaire processes, products, and software
- Assist in developing input requirements, test plans, procedures, and reports
- Coordinate Visionaire verification and validation initiatives
- Provide input or create technical documentation
- Oversee execution of project deliverables from design through product release
- Assist in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure needed to support the Visionaire processes
What will you need to be successful?
- Education: B.S in Engineering, Information Technology or Biomedical field
- 3+ years in a regulated industry as a design or project engineer
- Experience creating Design and Project documentation
- Product design and development
- Product testing experience
- Working knowledge of software programming, computer operating systems
