Project Engineer - Multiple Locations

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and installation of projects across multiple sites within the NA region. Your role will be an active member of the Engineering community, site technical teams, and assigned project teams. The Project Engineer will be responsible for deploying his/her engineering know-how to successfully execute and deliver projects to the business. Project management includes demolition, building construction, equipment procurement, equipment installation, contractor services, and start-up activities.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2+ years' experience in a comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry preferable. Experience working in manufacturing facility
• Basic understanding of engineering principals with in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical/Controls, Construction or Utilities
• In depth understanding of project management
• Team skills - high performance team experience
• Good communication, listening and influencing skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on project demands

• Ensure delivery of assigned objectives for scope, schedule, budget, and cash flow
• Managing multiple responsibilities including project execution, functional support and self-development, concentrating on growing the role
• Seek and apply appropriate technology to gain and sustain technical competitive advantage
• Support initiatives that shorten new product and project cycle times
• Seek and support lean ways of working and apply lean principles in the engineering process and as a project deliverable
