Job Description:

Avanceon is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE market. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of automation and control system projects. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Job Responsbilities:

• Complete project management starting from post-bid to delivery.
• Must be capable of developing the Engineering deliverables as per project specification and client requirement.
• Identify the scope of work, list of engineering documents deliverables and communicate to other supporting departments.
• Single point of contact between Avanceon and client.
• Arrange client KOM and coordinate with internal team.
• Submission of progress report to client on agreed time frame.
• Conduct regular project progress meeting with internal stake holders.
• Attend client progress review meetings and liaise the expectation to internal team.
• Responsible for preparation of well head control panel hydraulic calculation and other hydraulic documents.
• Responsible for preparation of P&ID and GA drawings.
• Review of sub-vendor offers and provide delivery recommendation to procurement department.
• Raising the purchase order request (IR) in portal.
• Monitor the execution of the work, identifying any risks or opportunities in a timely manner.
• Coordinate for PIM with client, internal QC and vendor to ensure timely startup of fabrication activities.
• Coordinate with sub-contractor for timely completion of fabrication and integration activities.
• Coordinate with client / internal testing engineer to make sure FAT completed successfully.
• Coordinate internal team / vendor towards closure of punch points and get the IRN for on time delivery.
• Ensure that the work is carried out in a professional manner and in compliance with applicable contracts, Company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
• Identify areas of concern with respect to progress of assigned projects and recommend corrective action wherever required.
• Arranginging and attending all meeting in a project (interdepartmental or with clients)
• To perform all tasks required in the initiation, execution and closure of the project.

Qualification / Requirement:

• Experience Requirement: 4 to 7 Years.
• Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE / B.TECH) in Mechanical / Chemical from a reputed university with good academic record.
• Work experience in handling individual projects starting from post order to delivery.
• Co-ordination with cross functional departments in ensuring the project is delivered on time.
• Co-ordination with clients, sub-vendors and other project stakeholders.
• Working experience in Wellhead control panel, hydraulic packages, would be preferred.
• Exposure in preparation of hydraulic calculations for well head control panels.
• Exposure in preparation of well head control panel P&ID and GA drawings.
• Exposure to ADNOC/PDO/Shell/QE Energy company specifications would be considered as added advantage.
• Exposure to regulators, accumulators, hydraulic pumps, tubing valves, etc., is essential.
• Basic exposure on reading GA drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Familiar with all kinds of equipment, piping, electrical and instrumentation symbols as per IEC and ISA.
• Having UAE driving license is added advantage.
• Soft Skills o Familiarity in Project management software like MS project.
• Familiarity in MS-office.
• Familiarity in ERP.
