Commercial Construction Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager – Phoenix, AZ We are a well-established General Contractor with an impressive track record spanning over three decades. Currently, we are expanding our Commercial Construction Division and are actively seeking qualified Project Engineers and/or Assistant Project Managers with expertise in commercial renovations, Capital Improvements, Facilities, and Public Works projects. Our ongoing projects are located all over Northern and Southern California as well as the surrounding Western States. We are on the lookout for self-motivated individuals who excel in organizational skills and can efficiently oversee multiple projects with budgets ranging from $100K to $5M on average. Key Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of construction experience. • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring timely, on-budget, and on-schedule project completion. • Act as the liaison between the Project Manager, Design Team, and Owner, responsible for document control. • Estimating capabilities are a valuable asset. • Strong customer relations and service skills are essential. • Compensation: Dependent upon experience.
