Job Summary We are seeking below positions Project Engineer / Coordinator Super Intendant / Manager to join our team. Job Description: Project Coordinator/Project Engineer ($40k~) As a Project Coordinator/Engineer at HHJ Construction you will be responsible for supporting a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that deadlines as well as client’s expectations are met. Job Requirements: · Minimum AA/AS degree or 0-2 years of experience with various construction projects · Ability to handle multiple small to mid-sized projects at one time. · Ability to coordinate meetings between design, construction, and client teams. · Good communication, writing and computer skills are essential. · Proficiency in MS Office and Architectural / medical procurement software is a plus · Ideal candidates will understand the importance of project delivery and time management as well as how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions. Job Description: Superintendent ($50k ~) As a Project Superintendent at HHJ Construction you will be responsible for all day to day operations on the project site. Job Requirements: · Minimum 0-3 years of experience with various construction projects · Ability to handle multiple small to mid-sized projects at one time. · Ability to handle Scheduling subcontractors, Walk and Inspect construction site daily. · Good communication, writing and computer skills are essential. · Proficiency in MS Office and Architectural / medical procurement software is a plus · Ideal candidates will understand the importance of project delivery and time management as well as how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions. Job Description: Project Manager ($70k ~) As a Project Manager at HHJ Construction you will be responsible for oversee the bidding and construction of various projects. Job Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of experience with various construction projects • Preparing and reviewing RFPs for various professional services. • Negotiating, administering, and managing agreements for consultant services. • Managing consultants in the preparation of project specifications and engineering plans. • Oversee the bidding and construction of various projects, including acting as Project Manager, and supporting professional engineering services. • Preparing and monitoring the progress of projects against project budgets and schedules. • Compiling and/or reviewing technical documents, as-built drawings, equipment lists, manuals, and training materials, etc. • Communicating with other local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, and the general public as required. • Preparing correspondence and making recommendations on complex technical engineering issues. • Creating staff reports and providing other needed project management support functions.
