Position Overview:

This position is for a Project Engineer Intern position.

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work both on and offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. Primary Responsibilities:

• Supports development and qualification efforts of aircraft evacuation slide and liferaft components
• Assists project engineers with simple to moderately complex sized projects including but not limited to hardware design, testing, and processing as part of a cross-functional team
• Supports root cause analysis and drives robust corrective actions for evacuation slide manufacturing and fielded product
• Coordinates the building and testing of prototypes
• Drafts qualification test reports and field investigation reports in support of project engineers

Basic Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• Must be a US Citizen
