Job responsibilities include:

• Manage implementation project and timelines;
• Liaison with developers to expedite bug fixes and new features;
• Support co-workers on internal technical issues as needed;
• Manage one's own priorities and deadlines while being aware of the deadlines of others to provide assistance where needed;
• Report defects and feature requests according to defined workflow and requirements;
• Integral involvement in quality assurance and testing for all new product releases;
• Create custom reports to support software implementation;
• Custom project ongoing support, quality assurance testing and release deployment;
• Provide technical assistance and training to user base;
• Track, analyze and document all processes;
• Ensure completion of project on schedule and within budget.

Experience and Skills

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years relevant experience
• Software skillset a plus
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience with warehouse automation, programming and flow charting a plus.
