Project Implementation Specialist
Job Description
Personal Care, a Modivcare company is looking for 3 Project Implementation Specialist's to join the Project Management team in charge of overseeing assigned projects to ensure they are correctly managed and executed. The Project Implementation Specialist is the main point of contact for the assigned project and should be available to all necessary parties involved.

- Gather information required for each project, creating files, ensuring information is on the network, and thoughtfully facilitating process
- Support the coordination and management of all projects in Personal Care
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
- Complete any tasks assigned by the project manager in an efficient and timely manner
- Liaise with project managers and other department members to maintain project schedule and efficacy
- Organize kick-off meetings for project stakeholders, to the program and share a timeline sharing assignments, timelines, and reviewing details and questions with the team regarding, deliverables and deadlines
- Oversee trafficking of projects through content, editorial, production, and circulation processes, communicating with team members to keep everyone organized and on schedule
- Share project deliverables and relevant information to internal team members including updates on project status and changes in scope of projects
- Document operating processes as Standard Operating Procedures

- Minimum 2 years of previous project management experience
- Knowledge of different project management methodologies
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency required
- Keen ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Positive attitude and highly adaptable to change
Salary: $54,080 - $62,400
