Your job, as Project leader maintenance within our Transversal Engineering & Maintenance team, will be to coordinate and manage repair and maintenance projects

Our Team:

The project lead is the responsible for leading a project and managing its smooth running. Generally speaking, but without being systematic, they lead a team for the duration of the project(s) for which they are responsible.

Main responsibilities:

- Supervising facilities maintenance and housekeeping activities.

- Manage new works projects.

- Ensuring the metrology, instrumentation and qualification of routine and project installations and equipment.

- Complying with and ensuring compliance with safety instructions during project work.

- Studying and drawing up technical, economic and impact feasibility files for technical projects.

- Drawing up specifications.

- Preparing technical files for consultation with suppliers and service providers, and studying proposals concerning technical, regulatory, economic and HSE aspects.

- Participating in consultations and bid selection.

- Ensuring the proper PMO approach to the various phases of the project:

- Feasibility study ;

- Planning ;

- Execution (Steering) ;

- Control ;

- Project closure.

- Complete responsibility for the project closure phase:

- Acceptance of work, ensuring compliance with specifications;

- Installation qualification;

- Operational qualification;

- Performance qualification;

- Documentation management and archiving.

- Drawing up files on any disputes and guarantee appeals with the parties involved in the operations carried out (during and after).

About you

• High school diploma.BAC +5 Master degrees (electromechanical, automatism, mechanical Engineering, Industrial maintenance)
• Pharma experience recommanded.
• Repair work experience.
• leadership skills
