Role Description

This is an opportunity to learn a variety of critical business processes across Fund Services and contribute directly to impactful initiatives shaping the future of ABIS. This individual will be immersed in different functions within Operations and enhance their knowledge of the organization and industry.

Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the sound execution of projects.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and scheduling.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Job Qualifications (The ideal candidate should have the following)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
