HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Management Analyst with NAWCAD experience to support the Program Manager of a large-scale effort within the Prototyping, Instrumentation, and Experimentation (PIE) Division. This individual must be capable of supporting the Program Manager with little to no supervision at times but also able to work with the Team on time critical projects. A successful candidate for this role will be instrumental in providing aid to the Program Manager as well as drafting artifacts, briefs and other supporting documentation to meet and succeed Customer requirements.

What You Will Do

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

What We Are Looking For

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
• Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
• Full knowledge of industry practices.
• Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks.
• Problem Solving: Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.

Preferred: Bonus Points For

• Current Secret clearance, with eligibility to be upgraded to Top Secret.
• Familiarization with NAWCAD and NAVAIR PMA's to include Prototyping, Instrumentation, and Experimentation (PIE) Division.
• PMP Certification
