Job Description

As the Project Management Associate, you will support the US WealthX Portfolio with project setup, ongoing maintenance of and financial planning of all MIS projects. You will also assist WealthX Program Manager to ensure the accuracy of all project financials and reporting to Program Director.

What will you do?

• Support administrative needs of the WealthX Project financial portfolio team, including but not limited to meeting minutes, management reporting, meeting setup and organization, and active reporting
• Working with the WealthX Program Manager and Scrum Masters to ensure all MIS projects are opened in Planview/MIS and forecasted in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Project Leads across WealthX to ensure project financials are accurate and match approved funding budgets
• Work with the WealthX, Scrum Masters and Projects leads to ensure that there all Full Time resources are fully allocated, and no generic resources are allocated on all projects over a 90 horizon
• Assist WealthX Team with the ongoing status and other reporting.
• T&O Finance pertaining to Project financials, FTE, T&M Contractors and Pro-fees numbers
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Project leads across WMTS to ensure all timesheets submitted in Planview and SharePoint against projects are approved in a timely manner
• Collaborate with vendors, other IT teams and Scrum Masters to ensure pro-fees are accurately actualized on WealthX projects by the last business day of each month
• Recommend process improvements where applicable
• Assist in the tracking of issues, risks and decisions

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Diploma in business and/or finance or equivalent work experience in a business and or finance role
• Working in an IT area and understanding of IT project lifecycles and can quickly get up to speed
• Knowledge related to budgetary and project cost management, assumptions and risk-based planning, risk assessment and qualification methodologies, project management frameworks and software development life cycles
• High-level knowledge related to IT project delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications with advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks on time

Nice-to-have

• Undergraduate degree in Business and/or finance
• Advance Excel and the use of macros, VLOOKUP etc.
• MIS and Planview Application knowledge
