We are seeking to hire a Project Management Coordinator to join our Project Management team

JOB SUMMARY
The Project Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Managers in project activities and tasks associated to client NDA/ANDA Research & Development to Validation phase projects. This position is 100% onsite, splitting time between both manufacturing and packaging locations in Philadelphia depending on the project need. The Coordinator must be able to effectively communicate with the internal team members and build positive working relationships that span all levels and functions of the organization. This position is critical to the success of the development projects, ensuring the PM's receive information and support to keep the projects on track. Attention to detail, organization and problem solving are crucial skills required for this position, which will report to the Associate Director, Client Relationship and Project Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
- Provide daily/weekly updates to the PM team on manufacturing and packaging activities that were completed at the site.
- Manage/Track Change Orders and enter them in the CRM tracking system.
- Work with internal teams on shipments, raw material receipt and testing dates, lab testing and stability testing dates.
- For packaging, work with teams on component receipts, labels, serialization information and packaging documentation.
- Complete Item Code Request and Order Forms for new materials and work with the internal team on specification creation.
- Enter proposal information into the Cash Flow Spreadsheet for Financial tracking.
- Participate in analytical, manufacturing, and packaging schedule meetings to ensure project plans are effectively communicated to all attending business units.
- Complete meeting minutes and agendas as assigned in order develop this skill set needed to be a successful project manager.
- Lead smaller assigned projects in order to gain experience of becoming a Project Manager.
- Collaborate with internal business units to ensure all required batch documentation is prepared according to project timelines.
- Participate in assigned client meetings and on-site visits.
- Work on assigned Improvement Initiatives and harmonize processes to improve pharmaceutical development productivity and performance.
- Initiate change controls to assist with project plans.
- Must participate and successfully complete all training as required by the company.
- Assist the Project Management team with project requirements based on the sites policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the PM Associate Director and Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Microsoft Project or other Project Management software
- Ability to coordinate, multi-task, contribute to and work within a cross-functional team.
- Attention to detail is a critical attribute.
