Job Description

Performs office management and organizational tasks to ensure smooth operations for the executive associates and a team of various associates. Interfaces with end-users, outside consultants, and executive-level personnel on a daily and regular basis to define, ensure and evaluate procedural solutions. Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook , Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Provides follow-up on the activities of teams and overseeing the scheduling of daily workloads and task assignments-ability to initiate problem analysis and designate appropriate team or associate based upon limited initial information. Maintain the communication with end-users, outside consultants, suppliers, associates , and all levels of hospital personnel. Responsible for composing and translating correspondence resulting from meetings and presentations and assembling and distributing materials.

Education:High School Diploma. Associate's Degree preferred.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skill
