This scheme is geared towards supporting the career development of apprentices who wish to play an instrumental role in project management of the next generation of civil and military aircraft.The role is based at Wolverhampton, and home of Actuation Systems at Collins Aerospace. Actuation Systems are the leading experts in fly-by-wire, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic actuation design, Collins Aerospace offers a complete line of actuation products that enhance aircraft performance and reduce pilot workload.We are looking to recruit a small number of high calibre degree apprentices who can support Actuation Systems with the effective planning and execution of Project Management right across the lifecycle. By the end of the programme, having completed your rotations and degree apprenticeship, you will be awarded a BSc in Project Management.Along side this you will also have the opportunity to become professionally accredited through the Association of Project Management (APM) as well as other internal and external training courses.What are we looking for?We are looking for the best individuals who have the following attributes:
  • Minimum of 3 A Levels at CCC or above, or equivalent BTECs


  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C/4 or above including Mathematics and English


  • Be a UK resident living in the UK for a minimum of 3 years


  • Good analytical skills and problem solving


  • Good personal management and self-organisation skills
  • Effective communicator - written and verbal
