Job Description:
ADP is hiring a Program Management Executive. The Program Management Executive leads a team of Project, Program, and Portfolio Managers responsible for planning, scheduling and controlling the activities of complex business projects spanning Compliance Solutions to ensure that project deliverables are provided on time, within budget and in accordance to specification.
The Program Management Executive is responsible for developing and implementing PMO processes and policies, coaching and mentoring project management staff, and defining the path to continue to mature the PMO, ensuring value and success of the team and the projects/programs they deliver. You will be responsible for working with business unit leaders and global product teams to define and prioritize initiatives. You will assist with business case development, benefits realization, and success criteria. You will provide executive level reporting to GMs, Presidents, and Executive Committee, as needed. You will serve as an escalation point for the team for roadblocks and risks to effectively overcome them to drive successful mitigations. You will be responsible for the overall budget of the PMO and annual performance evaluations.
You will often work with several cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, marketing, product, product strategy, implementation, service, operations, and finance, as well as working with payroll regions on cross-BU initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationship across all teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) function within Compliance Solution business units (Smart Compliance Solutions, Employee Financial Solutions, Data Solutions, WorkMarket, and MarketPlace)
  • Develop and implement project management processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective project execution.
  • Define and enforce project management standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across projects.
  • Build and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and systems to support project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on project portfolio management, resource allocation, and prioritization of projects.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the PMO and across project teams.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and changes.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and drive process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required preferably in Business Administration, HR or Information Systems, Project Management or related field.
  • Must have PMP or equivalent Professional Project Management certification for at least 5+ years.
  • Must have 10 plus years of proven Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and leading a PMO or similar function.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching multiple Project Managers
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Experience in managing direct associates and project teams of more than 20 associates across multiple functions in the company.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

For CA, salary range for this role is: $111,300 - $225,800 / Year
