10 to 12-week paid, full-time internship flexible based on the candidate’s break schedule.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly


Job Summary

As a member of the PatientPoint Client Services team, you will work side by side with other team members responsible for supporting our client needs to ensure advertising campaigns are executed with excellence and clients receive gold star service.

Our team is comprised of client service and program managers; some with over a decade of relevant experience in the healthcare media industry. This is an amazing opportunity to shadow a highly visible, high profile role in a high growth company.  You will have specific projects to own, as well as a strong support system to help ensure you are properly oriented and trained to help make sure you get the most from your experience while with PatientPoint.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with members from Client Services and other functions across the organization to support your assigned accounts.
  • Work with Client Operations to update/enhance our collection of training and reference resources used during the on-boarding of new hires. 
  • This individual will also be asked to collaborate on special projects with other functional leads across Revenue Operations, as assigned.

What We Need

  • Must be a current student enrolled in a college or university, ideally entering their senior year
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills 

Desired Qualifications

  • Preference given to those pursuing a degree in Project Management, Advertising, Communications, Operations Management, or Marketing
