Project Management Lead-PIPL

To launch the global CRM system launch and data migration in Pfizer China

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with global team to fully understand the system and ensure the timely and efficient communication with global team during the whole launching and implementation process
• Lead four cross functional work streams in China to complete the overall system and data migration
• Deeply understand the requirement of China all related BUs/Functions and integrate the needs into the CRM system accordingly with the support from global team and related parties
• Ensure optimal resource/budget planning during the whole process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Skill requirements:

• Project management experience in consulting firms or Marketing functions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and the agility to deliver results
• Technical system related knowledge or experience
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Good English skills in written and oral

Education/Experience:

• BS/BA and above
