Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or similar
• English intermediate-advanced
• +3 years of experience in Project and Team management
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Power BI (Preferred)

Functions

• Project management within LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic)
• Programming and organization of project activities.
• Contact with client and areas such as Sales, Account support, Finance, to assure correct project execution.
• Follow up with correspondent areas to assure activities are done on time.
• Effectiveness and improvement management in processes
• Financial control and analysis (revenues vs costs)
• Invoice creation and payment follow up with Finance.
• Metrics and executive reports (Forecast revenue, progress of projects, effectiveness)
• Direct contact with Territory managers to be informed about equipment installation, updates on Hardware and Software (ATM’s)
• Supplier payment control
