Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have

PMO - administrative support for project management , Software Mind is growing, and we are looking for a PMO Specialist, who will provide administrative support for project managers and directors. Join a team of 7-8 people and become Software Minder! 

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Support for managers and directors in the daily work of their teams 
• Cooperation with internal departments 
• Processing of internal orders 
• Support for the customer invoicing process 
• Preparation of reports requested by managers 
• Inventory of equipment 
• Support in the organization and settlement of business trips, training, conferences and integration events 
• Monitoring of delegation costs and team budgets

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

• Conscientiousness and responsibility 
• Good work organization skills 
• Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel 
• Ability to speak and write in English at least at a B2 level 
• Communicativeness, independence and a proactive attitude
• Based in Krakow or Warsaw, Rzeszow, Bielsko-Biala, and ready to join our team in person once a month at our office
