In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Project Management Officer ( PMO ) you will be part of a SW Development project helping with Project Management related tasks; manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process assist the Project Manager ( organize meetings update presentations etc ).
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Provide support to the new joiners for workstation configurations and access management;
- Provide guidance and support to the team whenever needed (related to VMs network connectivityissues tools accesses etc );
- Maintain project documentation up to date and ensure all necessary documentation is in place for any audits;
- Incident Management and Change Management awareness;
- Manage various levels of access for IBM-ers and non IBM-ers when needed.
