Job Description

Below are the Key Responsibilities expected

· Project Planning:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules.

Allocate resources and budget effectively.

• Project Execution:

Manage projects in waterfall, agile, hybrid and DevOps methodologies as applied to different customer needs.

Ensuring high quality projects deliverables on time and within budget.

Responsible for overall project scope, project schedule, and project costs

• Team Leadership:

Lead and mentoring project team members.

Identifying and working towards trainings and development of project team.

Monitor and track project progress and performance.

• Stakeholder Management:

Manage excellent relationships with onshore & customer stakeholders.

Effective communication and presentation of project reports to stakeholders.

• Risk Management:

Identify and manage project risks and issues effectively.

Develop risk mitigation strategies and implementing contingency plans as needed.

• Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization driving efficiency and innovation.

• Quality Assurance:

Ensure that projects meet quality standards and client expectations with implementation of best industry practices

Conduct project Audits, evaluations and assess results.

Total Experience Expected: 10-14 years

Qualifications

• Education:

1. B.Tech/ M. Tech (Aeronautical, Electronics, CS)
2. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
3. SAFe, Agile Certification is preferred.

• Experience:

1. Overall 10-14 years with proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
2. Experience in managing projects from India for international customers.
3. Experience in handling bid process, RFP’s and pre-sales activities.
4. Experience in managing Engineering projects is an added advantage.

• Skills:

Mandatory

1. Experience in Embedded domain SDLC and STLC
2. Experience of managing project in Embedded development and Embedded testing.
3. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach.
4. Ability to manage Application development and customization projects
5. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Nice to have skills

1. PLM skills
2. Aerospace / Automotive domain knowledge.
3. Exposure to DO178B/C or AUTOSAR standards
4. Experience in Embedded C / C++
