HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Project Management Specialist is primarily responsible for end-to-end coordination of all cross-functional Marketing projects. This role will be responsible for managing our Project Management tool and assigning tasks/projects to ensure completion of projects are on time and on budget. This role will oversee all aspects of projects; including managing deadlines, properly scheduling projects/tasks within marketing and with different departments, reviewing work to ensure quality standards and monitoring progress and status of any assigned projects.
The Project Management Specialist will collaborate with multiple teams and resources across the organization (Sales, Client Service, Legal/ Compliance, Product, Operations, etc.). This individual needs to have a strong bias for results and strong attention to detail.

• Planning, managing, and executing multiple cross-functional projects, coordinating projects that advance marketing and communications strategies and goals
• Ensures all assigned tasks and/or projects are delivered on-time, monitors day-to-day project progress, ensures resource availability and allocation, handles/escalates any issues that may arise, and delivers projects on time and within budget and scope (minimizing scope creep)
• Collaborates closely with marketing to determine scope and requirements for projects
• Creates detailed project plans and timelines.
• Product owner over Adobe Workfront (project management tool)
• Leads ongoing and touchpoint meetings, including review and retro meetings
• Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field or relevant work experienced
• 1-3 years of proven experience within project management, preferably in marketing
• Prior experience managing a Project Management too, Workfront is a plus!
• Personality that is collaborative and focusses on solution
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solver
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written) required
• Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to prioritized based on size, scope, value and timeliness of tasks
• Experience developing timelines and coordination meetings and deliv3erables with a cross-functional team
• Strong understanding of marketing best practices for traditional and digital marketing
• Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Marketing Automation tools, and other marketing technology
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
