Project Manager

Interapt is seeking a Project Manager who has experience leading projects and/or developing products or services. This person will be a key team member and must have a strong professional presence. You must be able to influence, assist and direct individuals who are not your direct reports.

The ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented while also a strategic thinker. The role requires professional experience leading projects and/or developing products or services. Previous project management and/or management consulting experience is preferred.

• Develop and maintain project plans for development of new offerings and capability enhancements
• Lead cross-functional project teams
• Accountable for project tracking and reporting
• Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency
• Drive projects to completion on time and within budget

Requirements

• Must have experience managing multiple Agile Development projects
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
• Demonstrated organizational skills, with ability to prioritize iterative tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find and define problems
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion
• Experience in strategic planning, managing complex projects and teams
• Experience with presentation, business communication and reporting development
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: PMP and/or CSM
