Position Summary
Energetiq is seeking a Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing technology company. This position will play an integral role leading key cross-functional projects and supporting corporate PMO initiatives. This position reports to the Vice President of Quality, Environmental Compliance, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
- Coordinate activities with consultants and vendors
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Prepare project status reports.
- Coordinate change requests
- Use technology to ensure all parties are informed on schedule and budget.
- Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system.
- Lead team in meeting stakeholder expectations and project deliverables
- Conduct post-project evaluation.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience as a Project Manager (ideally on IT or Operations projects)
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) projects (Microsoft D365F&O preferred)
- Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project
- Enthusiastic team-player with high Emotional Intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in the office full-time (5 days/week)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification (desired but not required)
