Your Opportunity
Stantec is currently looking for a Applications Developer with wide ranging experience developing enterprise grade applications. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of and experience with 3(+)-Tier architecture.
Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead best practices in maintaining and developing database applications
• Plan and implement additions, deletions, and major modifications to supporting infrastructure with regards to development; coordinate those efforts with Digital Practice leadership.
• Enforce standard company policies and procedures.
• Assignments are advanced in nature and require the application of mature knowledge.
• Exercise independent judgment, initiative and in-depth evaluation of variable factors for addressing and resolving unusual and complex issues or situations.
• Work under minimal supervision with broad guidelines.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Wide ranging experience developing enterprise grade applications.
• Advanced knowledge with 3(+)-Tier architecture.
• Experience with complex C# development.
• Mature knowledge in Agile methodologies and practices.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Applications Development or related field; Minimum of 6 years of experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work.
