Patron Technology is looking for a client service minded and proactive Project Manager to join the team. Project Managers support our top tier clients and are the key to deployments; coordinating with the client and multiple internal departments to ensure all aspects of the project are sequenced appropriately and delivered on time and to spec. We support some of the world’s largest events in the pop-up, convention, festival, and venue spaces, so the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will have a passion for organization, collaboration, and project success.

AS A PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

  • Collaborate with Account Manager to manage client-facing projects 
  • Manage internal projects as needed, collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to execute strategic and technical projects
  • Coordinate with Sales, Account Managers, Client Implementation, Product, Sales Engineers, Design, Finance, Event Operations, Customer Care, and Marketing Services 
  • Identify internal and external stakeholders; manage stakeholder engagement
  • Develop Project Management Plan; update as needed
  • Maintain all shared Project documents 
  • Support teams to control scope and document Change Requests
  • Develop and execute Communication plan
  • Develop and maintain master schedule of deliverables and help teams sequence activities
  • Help facilitate client communication
  • Facilitate cross-product and cross-department communication
  • Remove obstacles
  • Maintain risk register
  • Celebrate Milestones and project completion
  • Close project and conduct internal lessons learned
  • Be fluent in our shared Project Management tool and a champion of our shared Patron Technology tools
  • Document and share creative solutions and suggest workflow improvements
  • Travel to events as needed

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • PMP certification or willingness to pursue certification
  • 1-2 years Client-facing Project Management experience
  • 3+ years experience in the live events and/or SaaS industry
  • 2+ years project management software experience preferred
  • 2+ years Salesforce experience preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Capacity to own and execute multiple large-scale programs simultaneously
  • Must be fluent in English. French and/or Spanish language skills a plus
