Work with AI&T leadership to develop processes and tools, gather and report data, and implement changes to improve the production/test process. Candidate will work across organizations and assist with definition of inputs/outputs for AI&T, and lead rollout of new trainings, tools and/or processes in support of Assembly, Integration, and Test and company-wide objectives. Candidate will determine project specifications, develop scope and parameters for implementation, acquire appropriate personnel and control the full project plan lifestyle through execution.
The Project Manager will also assist with development of data items and data flows in support of Material Resource Planning (MRP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes within the ERP system. Candidate will assist with training development for technicians and implement updates to training plans in our PLM system. Candidate may assist with development and/or execution of value stream maps, lean manufacturing improvements, and company policy/procedure.
