Job Summary:

Responsible for leading the end-to-end project planning, data analysis, and key risk indicator (KRI) development.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Project Planning/Management: Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
• Data Analysis: Use SQL to create and maintain reliable queries. Build reporting and dashboards that support the Compliance team. Develop KRIs to identify potential compliance infractions.
• Team Management: Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
• Process Management and Improvement: Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management and Kaizen.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team
• Provide leadership to team and collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies and solutions that foster controlled processes that enable the greatest "speed to value"
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:
• Agile Project Management tools such as Jira or equivalent
• Process mapping tools such as Visio or equivalent
• All Microsoft Office Tools
• Proven ability to lead projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
• Experience collaborating with multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent preferred
• Creative approach to problem-solving
• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy performing data manipulation and analysis
• Ability to create project dashboards and visual timelines (ex: Gantt charts, waterfall charts, etc.)
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both junior team members and senior executives
• Highly effective interpersonal skills including influencing, mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
• Unquestionable ethics
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of trust and confidence

Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years, experience in a project manager role, using agile methodologies to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment with multi-function teams.
• Fluency in SQL querying with large, complex datasets (Snowflake a plus)
• 6+ months data visualization experience (Tableau Desktop preferred)

Preferred:
• Masters degree
• 6+ months experience coding in a statistical programming language (R or Python)
• Familiarity with common statistical methods such as T-tests, ANOVA, confidence intervals, regression, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
