Job Description :

• Collaborate closely with Senior Manager, Healthcare Data & Markets and the executive team on internal strategic priorities and decision making regarding the portfolio
• Manage the work of junior staff where appropriate to support projects across the grant lifecycle,
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Implementation of agile methods in the company and assume operational and above all methodological responsibility for the application and delivery methods in our agile projects.
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Continuously analyse and increase the efficiency of the development processes and monitor the quality of the work results by suitable agile measures
• Facilitate daily stand up, sprint planning and all other scrum rituals (backlog grooming, estimation, retrospectives, release planning, etc.)
• Remove impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint goals (internal to the team as well as external, dealing with all cross functional teams as appropriate).
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity

• Scrum Master Certification.
• Deep Knowledge Scrum/Agile.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Healthcare domain experience
