About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide project planning, decision support and project management services to enable efficient and effective business, technical assessments and technical decision making, including change and communication management.
• Employ change management tools and techniques to benefit the mission.
• Provide support for development of strategic sourcing vehicles for improved acquisition of IT.
• Conduct research and analysis, and provide documentation to support.
• Participate in and facilitate meetings with subject matter experts to conduct requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Provide PMO support, portfolio management support, market research support, outreach and customer-centric project communications to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Provide day-to-day support to assist managers to include, but not limited to: project execution, program and portfolio planning, IT requisition review and assessment, contractual and financial planning, market research, software license management, continuous process improvement, investment planning and return on investment analysis, and presentations.
• Support user-friendly, tailored customer communications, including but not limited to: developing/maintaining a customer service framework; updating/maintaining communications and outreach, website, and training materials; providing multi-level communications planning for varied audiences (stakeholders, customers, executives, web content, etc.); conducting training; preparing presentations; fielding, tracking and resolving stakeholder questions.
• Provide support to Government for technical writing for IT governance/policy.

Qualifications

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is desired.
