Your role:

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join the Adjust teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid project management and organizational skills to grow professionally in a fast-paced, highly creative work environment under the mentorship of a senior project manager. In this role, you will oversee the project management of all Adjust campaigns and projects using an industry-leading work management tool. The perfect candidate will be hungry to learn, extremely attentive to detail, and an enthusiastic, hard-working team player with some knowledge of digital marketing, mobile marketing, and/or ad tech. This is a U.S.-based role.


Your responsibilities: 

  • Support the overall strategic direction and execution of all Adjust campaigns and projects
  • Collaborate with the AppLovin team to share resources and coordinate global projects
  • Be the gatekeeper for requests from internal stakeholders and coordinate all projects and assignments through Asana for the Adjust brand and team, which is  based in EMEA and the U.S. 
  • Be the liaison between various teams across both Adjust and AppLovin organizations
  • Track, evaluate, and communicate project status to the team
  • Audit and improve existing processes for clarity and efficiency
  • Manage freelancer relationships on a per-needed basis

 

What you bring:

Must haves:

  • 4-5 years of experience in an editorial or content-focused professional role
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Confluence, Zoom, and other management tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to multitask

Preferred qualifications:

  • Great interpersonal skills and an ability to humanize the process of project management
  • An eagerness to make the editorial process run smoothly and support all team members
  • Knowledge of marketing and a love of all things tech and mobile
  • Fast learner, creative and critical thinker
  • Basic understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • An ability to work in the U.S. but coordinate with teams in other time zones
