Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this entry-level role you will support senior project managers in coordinating and executing projects. You will assist in planning monitoring progress and ensuring project objectives are met within scope time and budget constraints.

Your work will include:

• Customer-facing travel: We are growing and extremely busy therefore we travel greatly (50-75%) this entry-level position will be a “road warrior' perfect for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys life on the road as their career develops.

• Project Coordination: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans schedules and budgets.

• Team Support: Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Documentation: Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes status reports and project plans.

• Task Management: Monitor project tasks and deadlines ensuring timely completion and addressing any issues that arise.

• Risk Management: Help identify potential risks and issues and support the development of mitigation strategies.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and project specifications.

• Communication: Facilitate regular project updates and communications with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.

• Experience: Previous internship or work experience in project management or a related field is a plus but not required.

• Personal Traits: Detail-oriented proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Skills:

• Self-starter willingness to travel.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
