Project Manager

Essential Duties • Serve as direct client point of contact and clearinghouse for all day-to-day account services• Assist in business development strategies and account growth initiatives• Coordinate cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams -services and projects• Lead all project management initiatives• Represent Lockton and client with both internal and external constituents, in a variety of settings and roles
Responsibilities • Serves as an asset to both the Lockton team and Client• Proactive in communication and managing program timelines• Demonstrates an understanding of Client's business, strategic priorities, risk strategies and workforce needs• Appropriately and independently prioritizes and develop tasks• Works well as part of a multi-disciplinary service team to develop and sustain excellent internal relationships

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Insurance and Risk Management, or related field preferred• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including research and investigation and to provide solutions to standard and non-standard issues• Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility, along with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines. Must be results-oriented with the ability to change priorities as needed.• Strong status reporting, management of expectations and timely feedback• Effective critical thinker with the ability to resolve complex client service issues• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly
