WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will be accountable for building, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on project plans.
- Support project teams with an understanding of activities across multiple workstreams in a program.
- Collaborate and report at senior levels.
- Ensure program integration, identify issues, and suggest solutions.
- Define and describe all necessary work packages and milestones (project planning, scheduling and Program tracker).
- You will be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues for all project-related issues.
- Be in charge of interdepartmental coordination and supervision of the project, including ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Participate in design discussions, project team meetings, cost negotiations and installation tests at customersā and suppliersā premises.
- Support theĀ sales teams for upcoming programs.
- CoordinateĀ change process of running series.
- PrepareĀ specifications, feasibility studies, status reports etc. and other customer-specific documentation and computer entries.
- Define and supervise theĀ logistical processes in the project.
- Support the pilot and series production, and support the manufacturing department with technical expertise.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are comfortable with ongoing plan consolidation and dissection in line with the agreed planning cycle.
- Experience with Microsoft Project 2007, 2010, and 2013.
- You are experienced with Smartsheets and Jira Advanced Roadmaps.
- Knowledgeable in one-to-one planning support and are able to assist Workstream managers in creating and maintaining fully resourced and meaningful project plans.
- You are experienced in plan resource leveling to combat resource overloads.
- Self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well spoken with powerful presentation skills.
- You are detail oriented, structured and have common sense.
- You can work on your own with minimal guidance, while putting your team's interests before your own.
- You think āout of the boxā to create solutions when none exist.
- With an agile mindset you are not afraid of diving into uncharted waters.
- Strong conflict resolution skills help you manage, mitigate, and resolve conflicts.
- Your English skills are solid, German is a plus.
- You are willing to travel.
- You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
