As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of planning and delivering diverse, simple to medium complexity, IT projects. You will track the execution of project deliverables on a daily basis and participate in requirements gathering. You will also establish scope of work based on client inputs and business needs and be responsible for estimating budget and effort of the project. Additionally, you will:

• Lead mid-sized projects and ensure stakeholder buy-in
• Establish and maintain a project communication plan
• Define phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedule resources, evaluate risks, and highlight dependencies
• Collect and analyze project metrics
• Navigate and step up in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder expectations
• Work with Architects, Designers, Senior Testers, and Business Analysts, at a technological and functional level, to ensure that the solution meets business needs

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• At least 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or computer applications OR Master's degree in technology, computer applications, or computer science
• Prior experience of working in a leadership role and have managed at least one or two mid-sized projects (11-30 FTE projects)
• Experience working across projects involving multiple process interfaces, multiple functions/sites, and overall medium to high risk
• Aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP top 10 concepts
• PMP or Agile certified
• Network understanding and hands on network infrastructure or project PM experience

• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops
• Ability to prioritize sprints and backlogs
