Job Duties:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing, leading, and directing all deployment activities within In-Building Solutions/Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). The Project Manager is responsible for anticipating, planning, and executing tasks associated with the project, teams, vendors, internal personnel, and subcontractors.
- Manage all deployment activities, teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and optimize internal personnel, pre-deployment meetings, client interface, and deliverables.
- Meet regularly with clients to strategize and anticipate future technology/contract needs to maximize Communications Electronics' performance and involvement.
- Successfully manage multiple projects, understanding and effectively interfacing with multiple clients and their respective teams.
- Actively participate in the recruiting and training of project staff, contractors, and other required resources to secure additional clients and projects.
- Review, monitor, and improve existing processes and interactions with clients with the goal to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
- Work closely with team members to ensure proper methods, strategy, and approaches for the timely completion of milestones.
- Release the final product to the customer, handing over project documentation, manuals, source code, and Network layouts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma plus or graduation from a certified vocational school with an emphasis in the field of electronic systems.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the installation and maintenance of Land Mobile Radio, In-Building DAS, and/or related systems.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management of Land Mobile Radio, In-Building DAS, and/or related systems.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, have a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Experience in working with teams on completing projects on time/scope/budget.
- Obtain security clearances and badges as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPM and PMP certifications are a plus.
