Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing projects in the CX domain, with a focus on supporting both scope-based and time-and-material (T&M) engagements.
Responsibilities:Â
- Coordination of project management activities, resources, budget control, equipment, and informationÂ
- Develop and maintain project documentation, invoices, plans, and reportsÂ
- Maintain project plans, including schedule and project timeline, teams plans, etc.
- Meet targets criteria within the project
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
- Lead and motivate project team, coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget
- Project cost management
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants, plan meetings, minutes keepingÂ
- Cooperate and coordinate with other departments, and third-party subcontractors, satisfy the needs of different stakeholders over the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience in managing projects with vendors.
- Business analytics skills.
- Background in Contact center solutions is required.
- In-depth experience with identifying and understanding the user and business needs.
- Master's or bachelor's degree, preferable in Technical and/or Economics Science.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel (pivots tables, data analysis, etc.), PowerPoint, Visio.
- Excellent self-management, planning, organizational, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Attention to details.
- Perfect communication and interpersonal skills.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
