Job Description: Project Manager

a360media is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee cross-functional project plans from inception through execution for the Digital organization. The Project Manager will work directly with the VP of Digital on all innovation and change initiatives developing projects plans and managing them through fruition. Experience successfully overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with internal and external stakeholders is a must have. The ideal candidate will not only have the required experience and technical knowledge of project management, but is someone who is excited by change, new technologies and different ways to operate and think.

This is a full-time position out of the a360media Lower Manhattan office.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as subject matter expert on program management and change management within the Digital organization
• Lead ~3-5 major projects through their lifecycle simultaneously
• Develop detailed project & program plans to track progress
• Manage communication, timelines, milestones, deliverables and budget on cross-functional projects
• Proactively identify opportunities, potential issues, and solutions to drive project goals
• Provide weekly, monthly & quarterly executive program readouts for the a360media organization
• Effectively manage internal teams, external vendors and other involved stakeholders to keep all parties working in tandem and address conflicts as they arise
• Develop and maintain the digital innovation pipeline
• Provide positive, proactive leadership modeling as a change agent
• Mentor teams and individuals on the nature on the constant nature of change and our ability to embrace new systems, tools and ideas

Required experience:

• 5 years prior project management experience with a record of bringing projects in on target including on budget and time as well as with high adoption rates and cross-stakeholder satisfaction
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Airtable, etc)
• Experience with a variety of project management systems (waterfall, agile, etc); ideally working across the systems in tandem
• Change management / transformational experience
• Media experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Experience liaising between a wide variety of departments including Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Editorial, Production and others
• Helping to establish and maintain standards

Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000
