Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in Web Development to join our dynamic team at a leading US-based company. This role is ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of project management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within the US Central Time zone.

• Oversee web development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
• Conduct regular stand-up meetings with design and development teams to track progress and address any issues.
• Support the refinement and growth of project management processes within the organization.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within a web development environment.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients and technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Experience in technical architecture and understanding of web technologies is a plus.
