The Project Manager is responsible for overall project performance, including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance. Drives company strategy, aligns teams and delivers on multiple interconnected operations projects. Works to initiate successful programs that drive strategic benefits and organizational growth. Defines and oversees a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program's overall goals.

For this telecommuting position, TCG is pleased to offer remote employment in the following states, AL, AZ, CO, DC, DE, GA, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NC, OH, OR, PA (excluding the City of Philadelphia), TN, UT, VA, WV, or WI.

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal government security clearance are required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure contractual compliance with the client
• Work with the client to build the project schedule and staffing requirements
• Maintain budget and manage project costs
• Inform the Program Manager of the project status
• Ensure accurate and complete deliverables and quality product
• Facilitate communication between the project team and the client
• Facilitate staff acquisition, review and update position description, and coordinate interviews
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies as needed
• Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity issues and processes is highly desirable
• Ability to work with and communicate effectively with team members (consultants, technical staff, subject experts) and clients to define project activities and resolve issues and problems
• Ability to communicate within and across teams
• Possess and demonstrate excellent writing skills
• Have the political savvy to know how to phrase issues to reassure rather than overwhelm clients
• Demonstrates creativity and responsibility in all tasks without waiting for direction from others
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
• Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; four (4) years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
