Position: R&D Business Analyst - value chain Optimization

Location: Long Island NY

Direct Hire/ Fulltime

Need some one who is more hands-on Product Lifecycle Management, CPG regulatory compliance, and product claims. Essentially, person needs to work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams. Require R&D Business Analyst with 7 to 12 years of experience would be apt for this role.

Following is the JD for the R&D Business Analyst -

• Brings end to end understanding of R&D domain including PLM, regulatory compliance, product claims, etc. Leverage this knowledge to mediate between the business stakeholders, researchers, and the IT development team, guaranteeing that technology solutions meet domain-specific needs.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect and document domain-specific application development requirements.
• Solution Design: Assist in shaping the design and architecture of applications, ensuring they adhere to domain-specific standards and stakeholder needs.
• Solution Development: Work with the R&D team to ensure that the technology being developed is in line with the domain's best practices and requirements.
• Feedback: Regularly collect feedback from domain experts and stakeholders and integrate it into technology solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with domain expectations.

• Stakeholder Communication: Consistently update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and gather feedback for ongoing refinement.
• Documentation: Ensure robust documentation of domain-specific requirements, standards, and technological implementations.
• Domain-driven Development: Ensure all application development adheres strictly to domain-specific principles, leading to relevant and effective solutions.
