JMA is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Castel San Pietro Terme, Bologna, Italy.

Position Overview and Tasks:

• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, focused on quality and within budget
• Development and management of detailed project schedule and work plan, project progress monitoring, allocation of resources on the field, assignment of tasks in coordination with the PMO and company SMEs
• Management of contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Catering to customer needs, satisfying their expectations and requests, and aligning all stakeholders involved
• Documenting main arising problems during the project life cycle and facilitating information exchange between company stakeholders
• Tracking risks and suggesting mitigation techniques as well as identifying contingency plans

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus
• A comprehensive understanding of the main cellular technology standards: 5G, 4G, and legacy standards
• Proactive and result-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Languages: Italian (Full Professional Proficiency), English (Working Proficiency)
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite

Position Location & Travel:

• This position is based in Castel San Pietro Terme, Bologna, Italy
• International travel required 25% of the time and up to 4 weeks for each business trip
