As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following: 

• Define and deliver projects that have broad cross-organizational, global, and technology impact
• Manage, own and execute the end to end delivery process across multiple customers ensuring buy in from executives, stakeholders, and project resources
• Provide an understanding of the work being delivered to each customer, including overall scope, budget, timeline
• Assess, manage, and communicate risks and issues throughout project lifecycle
• Develop and use project metrics to make informed decisions
• Drive business alignment through system level reviews
• Demonstrate confident project communications with both external and internal stakeholders, including weekly detailed status reports
• Manage multiple projects, escalations, conflicting priorities and schedules simultaneously
• Contribute and Iterate on the existing phData’s PMO processes 

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of related IT Project Management experience 
• Experience providing professional services and direct client facing interaction
• Experience using both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience managing timeline, scope, budget and resources (development teams)
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience presenting at the Executive level
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven knowledge and ability in JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project and/or Microsoft Office Products (Excel), and written technical documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or other technical related field preferred
