Project Manager

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee various digital projects, leveraging your extensive experience in design thinking, creative processes, and digital development. You’ll drive strategic initiatives for our clients, focusing on innovative strategies and creative design work. This is a contract position starting with a 6-month project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise digital projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Implement design thinking methodologies across projects
• Facilitate collaboration between creative and technical teams
• Monitor project progress and report on performance
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring alignment with their objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in project management or engineering leadership
• Proficiency in developing project plans and documentation
• Experience in managing digital development and creative projects
• Experience with web application security, cloud services, and containerization is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable steps for engineering teams
• Ability to build and maintain cross-team relationships
• Excelent English communication skills (B2+)
