Job Description

• Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.
• Foster a culture of accountability.

• Support and implement new and existing policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, risk assessments, timelines and schedules to meet project objectives.
• Utilize best-practice project planning and status reporting per established standards and procedures.
• Define project scope, implementation schedule and cost objectives in conjunction with other functional groups.
• Promptly brings to attention any deviations to plan and recommends corrective action.
• Work collaboratively with internal business partners, providing instruction to achieve program objectives.
• Measure, monitor and track results of project deliverables.
• Responsible for day-to-day client communications.
• Consult with client to assist with defining project needs and ensures successful delivery of agreed-upon requirements.
• Accountable for completion of client deliverables.
• Complete quality assurance review of deliverables.
• Collaboratively work with sales to provide transparency of project status.
• Review and manage project budgets.
• Participate in the end to end billing and invoicing process.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure work is being completed at the right level.
