Job Description:
A. Must be an expert in projects related to implementation and management activities for the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBR-DR) programs.
B. Must have extensive knowledge of Hurricane Disaster Recovery, FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency
C. The Project Manager must be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through a nationally recognized accreditationorganization (e.g., The Project Management Institute).
D. Must have experience in support of the Hurricane Sally CDBG-DR Program, including but not limited to
1. Developing, maintaining, and updating, as needed, program and project documentsand documentation including, but not limited to:
a. Program and project management plan;
b. Program and project status reports;
i. Status reports must be provided weekly to OLTR.
c. Project risk and issues log;
d. Master project schedule;
i. Contractor must provide a master project schedule that includes allHurricane Sally CDBG-DR programs.
e. Program specific project schedule;
i. Contractor must provide program specific project schedules (e.g., Voluntary Home Buyout program) for each Hurricane Sally CDBG-DRprogram.
f. Any other documents necessary for the efficient, effective management of the overall program or any specific program; and
g. Any other documents/reports as requested by Commerce.
E. The resume must include a detailed list of projects demonstrating where the individual has previously provided similar services.
